Hello there,

 

i wonder is't a bug or not some project in my brizy cloud suddenly gone without trace ?

i ask on my friend account he said his brizy cloud suddenly gone too

  Hi,

  what project is it about? Do you have a link? Are you sure it was created while you were logged in to your account? Wasn't it a guest account?

  Its solved, after i change the project name all member in that projwct auto kick i try wih my other account and its same auto kick other member so i need to reinvite them,

  Btw what it's meaning synchronizing in progress? After i update my brizy site, its so long already wait 30 min

  Is your project hosted on your host via Server Sync? Does it happen every time you update the page? Is this the full message:
  "synchronizing in progress"?

  what do u mean host via server Sync?, yes it's happen

  and yes the full message is "Synchronizing in Porgress"

  Server Sync is one of the methods of publishing the project: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync Has your project been published by this method? Does the error appear every time you press the update button?
