Images not showing in preview or when published

Hello, 

I recently purchased Brizy and have been building my site with it, but my images are not showing up in preview or on the published pages. I am able to see all the images when I am editing, but as soon as I try viewing them in preview or on a published page, some of them do not show up. I have tried changing photos, removing opacity, and a few other things to no avail. Am I missing something?

  Can you please confirm the permissions are ok?

  Yes, I believe all permissions are set correctly. Here is a link to one of our pages for you to take a look at: http://spirit-builders.com/home-2/

  As you can see the header image does not populate at all, and I cannot figure out why. Along with that problem, now when I try to add an image in the builder, I am unable to scroll through my media to select an image.

  Everything else in the builder seems to work great, but when dealing with images I keep running into problems.

  Hi Adam,

  I can see the images on your website: https://jmp.sh/jyedmHL except on the first screen. Is this the problem?

  For the first screen, I see that the background-image is set to none: https://jmp.sh/gScedTC It's something of a style mistake. Maybe you have some custom CSS added?

  I'm having the same issue. It seems that any item you add an effect to or where you want motion (like a carousel or rotating banner) the photos don't show on the live website. I removed the effects and now the images are showing.

  It's disappointing to know you can't use this feature or it will stop working with the latest updates. I wonder how long it's being doing this as I added effects on several sites. Also I wonder how many people bounced from my sites and client sites because images were not present. This means missed conversions and revenue being generated...Very disappointing. This really makes me not want to spend so much time building site with Brizy if there is a chance features will stop working properly and this isn't disclosed to those who have paid for lifetime access. It may shape up to be a waste of money in the long run. I haven't had this issue with Brizy's competitors. I was rooting for you Brizy, but hope you come up so I and others can trust your product will work every time as designed and advertised.

  Please advise if you have fixed this issue.

  Hi Tarsha,

  We apologize for the inconvenience caused. 

  I created a page with a carousel and two images with entrance animations using the latest Brizy versions; Brizy 2.4.17 and Brizy Pro 2.4.16. The page seems to load fine at my end.   The problem you are experiencing could be specific to your WordPress environment. Sometimes a WordPress environment factor can influence the behavior of an image on a page. Can you please share the URL of a page where we can see this problem? May be you can create a test page for us so that we can identify the cause.
