    Hi,

I'm sorry to hear but I'm afraid I can't help you much.

"I am unable to see my slider images" - it's too general. We should know more about this issue so we can help you.

Are we talking about WordPress or Brizy Cloud? If WordPress - do you have the latest Brizy versions - Free 1.0.122 and PRO 0.0.39? Do you have the same problem if you disable all external plugins? Do the images not appear in the frontend or in the editor?

    Hi Alex,

No, I have a paid theme Philanthropy.

    The problem is there.

I found a link to your site and can see that the images do not appear in the slider. But, there is something related to your server. You have "the server responded with a status of 403" error: https://jmp.sh/ah1epZp

The image cannot be accessed from the direct link either and this has nothing to do with Brizy. See this example: https://new.vconnectfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/brizy/825/assets/images/iW=5000&iH=any/slider-2.jpg

A possible cause could be a corrupt .htaccess file or incorrect file permissions on your server. Here you can find more out: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-403-forbidden-error-in-wordpress/

    Hi Alex,

Why is my media being stored under a brizy folder?

The image is uploaded here and it is showing properly. This is theme/plugin issue.

Kindly help me fix this asap.

    Hi,

the Brizy images are stored in a separate folder from the regular media library image folder from WordPress. Here you can find more out: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360031704031-How-does-Brizy-handle-images-

Please check the permissions for the  /uploads/brizy/ folder on your server.

    Hi Alex,

However in the editor, I chose Visual composer. How do I get the images up and showing? This is getting very frustrating now. Need a solution today anyhow!

    Dear user,

please check the article I sent above. The Brizy images are stored in a different folder. Please make sure the server does not restrict access to the /uploads/brizy/ folder: https://new.vconnectfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/brizy/825/assets/images/iW=5000&iH=any/slider-2.jpg

You should have 755 for folder and 644 for files but you have -x for others. Need to be 644( rw-r-r)

When I try to upload new images they don't get uploaded via Brizy.

It gets uploaded via media. How can I resolve this?

Do you have any error messages?

It shows as a broken image. It would not import in Brizy but import in Media. Certainly something wrong with the plugin.

You said the same thing when there was a problem with permissions :)

    May I have a screenshot?

The slider won't work if you are using Arabic language in Wordpress, or any RTL language for that matter.

I hope they can fix this ASAP!

    Hi,

It's a 5-month-old discussion and it's probably another cause for you. Can you please give us more details? Do you have this issue with the latest Brizy version - Free 2.0.10 and PRO 2.0.5? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?

  • David

Yes I'm on free 2.0.10. Have tried disabling all plugins, still the same issue.

    Hi,

From what I see you have a carousel on the page, not a slider. Also, I don't see any images added to the carousel in the HTML structure. Please send a screen recorder to see how you added the images and how they look like in the frontend. Thanks.

The problem I have is more generic, in that no photos uploaded through Brizy work. I don't have a screen recorder but here are screenshots that show the process I take.
