Contact form doesn't work
Hi. I have tried to use the contact form, but it isn't working. When I use the Wordpress option, I don't receive the e-mail, but it arrives in the lead box in the Brizy options. When I tried to use the SMTP option, It didn't work. I tried to use the same configuration in the Easy WP SMTP and It worked. I need to set anything in the Wordpress? I am using the Pro version.

can you please confirm you have the latest Brizy versions - Free 1.0.123 and PRO 0.0.40? We have no problems with the contact form in the latest versions so I have to make sure you are up to date.

Yesterday, I updated my Wordpress and I could use the email by Wordpress mode, but I couldn't sent an email by SMTP mode. When I try to send an email, It show me the message: YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT. I tried to use the same configuration in the Easy WP SMTP and It worked. Today, I have updated the Brizy to the newest version, but the SMTP mode hasn't worked. When I updated my Brizy, the configurations of the colors and Font Styles went back to the original and I lost my work. This happened the second time. When I was using the free version it wasn't happening.

Hi Denis,
what exactly is the problem? Does the form return an error or success message? Do the messages not reach you by email?
Have you checked another contact form plugin? Does it work? Maybe the mail function is disabled on your server.

Update: Fixed for Denis Kurepin - The contact form from the homepage was not configured correctly.

Hi,
I can't imagine how that would be possible, so the answer is - No. Of course, you can't. Your pages have been created with Brizy and need Brizy to look and work in such a way. Can you please give us more details about the contact form problem you have? Most likely it's a configuration issue or a server issue. Are you able to send emails with other contact form plugins? You can check this with Contact Form 7.

I purchased a wordpress template, then a few months later it is changed to work only with Brizy. But it was originally working with Unison.
Setting up the contact form, it only works through the Wordpress feature, SMTP only produces error message. My other sites use contact form and work fine (no brizy).
Additionally, the Recaptcha puzzle loads with every page load, it's a big problem. It should only appear when submitting form data, but instead it pops up everywhere, all the damn time.

- In order to do Gmail for the contact forms, you must have 2-step verification and less secure app ON
- You then need to make sure it is connected on your host through SMTP
- Once that is all done, you must have an APP password and use this in place of your password for your GMAIL credentials on your contact form
it works fine for me now and goes straight to inbox from my contact form

I'm having the same problem. The popup contact form, which uses wordpress mail, shows "YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT" after submission on some browsers (mostly chrome), but the submission does, indeed, send. Any help much appreciated.

Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.8. and PRO 2.2.5? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? This is a 5-months-old post so I need to check this.

I'm having the same problem as so many before. The contact form, which uses wordpress mail, shows "YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT" after submission. The submission does send, but it shows an error. We are also using a Hubspot plugin and data is not transmitted to Hubspot.
What can we do about this? Thanks
