    Hi,

I'm sorry about the problem you encounter. Could you please check if you have the latest versions of Brizy plugins? Now, we have the 1.0.122 version for Brizy Free and the 0.0.39 version for Brizy Pro. After this, could you please refresh the page and update again it?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Sandra

Also, if you are hosted on Godaddy and have active CDN, this post might help you: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360058308792/comments/360009612932

    Hi Alex,

Thanks so much for getting back to me.

Yes, to confirm I had the latest version when I originally wrote this post (1.0.122) and I've just updated to 1.0.123. The problem is still present.

I'm also not hosted by GoDaddy nor have active CDN.

Could this have anything to do when you changed from using XML-based SVG files (standard) to text-based? I noticed It was around the time of the release that broke the icons on our site. (just a thought)

    Best regards,

    Nina

    Hi Nina,

the change from svg to text-based was made in order to solve this problem not to create it :)

We need to take a look at your dashboard. I have created a ticket for you so please send the login details there and we will look into it. Thanks.
