Brizy Cloud - Team Member : Editor - Builder issue

Hello,

When I add a team member as an EDITOR, the builder looks empty, it does not have the 'Elements' or 'Reorder blocks' or 'Styling' buttons on the left sidebar. 

Here's a screenshot :

 

Please help.

  Hi,

  Yes, the editor members don't have the possibility to add new elements or change the design of the pages. They have limited access to the builder and therefore they can modify the existent text, image, video, map and others. I can suggest modifying the role from the Editor to the Designer because this one has the ability to add new elements and customize them.

  Hi Sandra,

  The Designer role has the ability to create new projects.

  I need to have the 'create new projects' disabled.

  If i'm working with a client in a sub-account, I want him to edit his existing site(s) but don't want him to create new ones.

  How can I achieve this?

  Unfortunately, at the moment, it isn't possible to disable the "create new projects" ability from the designer role.

  Any possibility to have another role in between Designer and Manager? Where the role has full designer capability only without being able to add new project. Adding new project should be solely done by manager / admin. Designer should only design pages inside a project created by manager / admin. When the invited "designer" has the ability to add projects, it will use up the "PRO" license seat. They should only do tasks as "Designer", not creating new project using admin / owner's "PRO" license seat.

  Hello there,

  "Designers" can add a new project, however they are unable to access the "Activate PRO" option in the project thumbnail. Because of this, even if a designer creates a new project, it will be free, and he won't be able to activate one of your PRO licenses for it.

  When my invited team member added new project inside MY workspace, the project automatically activated as "PRO", which use up my site PRO license. I have verified that this action deducted my PRO license seat. The invited member can add new project on their own workspace without affecting my license seat. Only when they add new project inside the invited workspace will eventually use up the workspace owner's license seat.
