    Hi,

Could you please send us a screenshot with the display condition you set for the Template? Could you please send us the URL link of a product?

Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

See screenshot below with the display condition set to Product + Include + Products + All.

An example product link is https://www.weebeershop.freshspacegroup.com/product/saintmarsofthedesert-koelitsabro-newenglandipa/

We're using Brizy Version 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro Version 2.2.9.

    Thanks,

    Darren

    Hi Darren,

Thank you for the screenshot. I found that you have selected the condition but didn't add it. Therefore, could you please click on "Add" to add the condition and after this on "Update" to update the template and save the modification you made? See here.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

Ah I see that now. I clicked Add, saved it and then viewed a product and it shows my template.

    Thanks for your help.

I have this problem too and I did select add many times. There is a bug. I have not found one feature without a bug. PROBLEM.

Neither the header, menu or dynamic product blocks were added in Brizy. I get nothing. And the template page does not load either. It shows only gray boxes. So this does not seem to work either.

I am going to just get a developer at this point. it is so upsetting to get your design right and do your art and the web builder simply does not perform. There is no web builder to help advanced users. There is a conspiracy to keep basic web building technology THAT WORKS out of our hands. Because devs would have far fewer jobs. It is not necessary to devs to act like communists blocking advancement for their own benefit but that is what we have. Maybe if women were the majority of devs, we'd have solutions.
