SYNC NEVER WORK ??

Wondering why your service never work when using sync.  We did all that was suggested, re publishing, editing htaccess and still it never works.

Basically waisted AGAIN another day of work trying to make your system work.

 

Will this be fixed on day or what??

  Hi,

  We are not aware of any issues with Server Sync so if you did everything right it should work. Did you follow all these steps: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync ? 

  There is a video on Youtube made by one of our customers who presents a real case of publishing via server sync. Did you saw it? https://youtu.be/13T574_yzWU Maybe you'll find a possible cause why it doesn't work for you.

  I did exactly the same steps that were in the video and I am getting this

  Please try again or come back later.

  500 Error. Internal Server Error.

  YES, I confirm that folder and file permissions are set as required.

   

  We now have a domain, with SSL, directly pointing to this install graphxgarage.com
