purchased PRO - there is no license tab under Brizy Settings ???

Tried to follow these instructions - but no license tab to ender the license key ----

 

 

Next, log in to the WordPress dashboard where the Brizy Pro plugin is installed (make sure the Brizy Pro has been installed and activated) and go to Brizy -> Settings. Open the License tab and paste the license you have copied to the Your License Key: field and click the Activate button.

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you added the Brizy Pro plugin inside the WordPress dashboard? Could you please check this video to find how to install the Brizy Pro plugin and how to activate the License key?

  Hi, following up on this previous post, I am experiencing the exact same problem. I have reviewed the video you referenced, and completed all the steps mentioned therein (I added the Brizy Pro plugin inside the WordPress dashboard, and now I wanted to paste the License key in order to activate). However, the in the WP dashboard, where it shows the Brizy Pro plugin as installed, there is no License Tab. When I access Brizy, Setting, it shows the tabs General, Role Manager and Mode, but NOT "Licenses". Please see screenshot. Kindly advise how I can active my Brizy Pro license in order to use it on Wordpress. Thanks, Nina

  Hi Nina,

  Could you please check if you have installed and activated the Brizy Free plugin too? It is important to have both plugins Brizy Free and Brizy Pro installed on the WP dashboard because the Brizy Pro is an extension of the Brizy Free plugin. Do you have the latest versions for both plugins? At the moment we have the 2.2.17 version for Brizy free and the 2.2.11 for Brizy Pro.

  Hmm, i am now having this issue and despite my best efforts can find no brizy pro/free versions, can only find one ..brizy.. which is installed.

  I have both free and pro but the license tab is not displaying to activate pro.

  It is a multisite, on cloudways. it is not network activated, however.

  Yes thank you I've seen this video. Doesn't help if there is no menu tab for activation. What do you mean by activate the multisite to network? Thank you.

  Hi James, 

  In the multisite network, the Brizy Free and Pro are installed in the network admin. There is added the license. In such a way on all sites from the network will be added the Brizy Free and Pro. 

  The field to activate the license you can find only in the Network admin. See this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360029381411-Good-things-to-know-if-you-want-Brizy-Pro-on-your-multisite-network.
