good day,

on my homepage https://learntopainteasily.com I have a CTA for registration "Anmeldung kostenloser Workshop" which pops up a registration form.

After I fill in my name and email pressing send... There is no confirmation message visible an the redirection will not work too.

I use the sendinblue extension and captcha.

I have all newest version of brizy and brizy pro.
Obviously the person who will be registered will be send to my sendinblue contact list. so this is working. But no visual feedback for the registrant.

 

Any idea?

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.10 and Brizy Pro 2.2.7 version? I read that you informed us that you have the latest versions but we want to concretise if you have exactly these versions. Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem?

  I checked the form and I encounter an error related to the Recaptcha. See here. How did you set-up the Recaptcha? Is it the Recaptcha v2 Invisble? Did you set-up it as is related in this article?
