Contact Form isn't working

Hello,

I have a website: cgeunlimited.com and I have two forms (One in "Decontamination Services" and the other in "Contact Us" isn't working) I set both of them up with the "Wordpress" option. Need your help, Thanks!

  Could you please give us more details about the problems you encounter on the Contact form? I checked them both and all seems to work fine. See here.

  I've sent countless messages through both forms and still haven't received any. I also looked in the spam folder and nothing is coming up. Also, my apologies for sending multiple emails, I didn't know we were in different time zones.

  All is ok, don't worry, I only want to highlight that I already send you a reply. 

  Back to the reported problem - Did you received my test emails? Could you please send us a screenshot of how did you connect the form? If you change the email from the Contact Form settings, did you receive the same problem? Did you receive the leads in the Brizy - Leads?

  Do you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.8 and Brizy Pro 2.2.5 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem?

  I have posted that I am also having an issue with the contact form on my Brizy cloud site.

  I cannot edit the form's integration options. When i attempt to, the form just goes blank and the spinning wheel remains. Nothing else happens. 

  I really need to update this as we are running promotions to acquire leads.
