Brizy Cloud Form Integration not opening

Hello,

The form on my cloud website has stopped working. It is connected to zapier and sends data to a spreadsheet.

However, when i go in to try and edit it, and click on the integration button, nothing happens. I get a blank dialogue box only.

Before this, the site showed Error 500 even just clicking the edit button for the entire site. Now i can view the site to edit, but the form is not allowing me to edit it.

  Hi,

  Did you receive this problem inside the Brizy editor when trying to edit the form? What were your previous actions on the site before happens this problem? Could you please update the page (clicking on the "Update" button inside Brizy editor), refresh the tab and then try again to edit the form? Could you also clean the browser cache?

  Could you please send us the URL link of the site https://jmp.sh/NDj8G3w and the name of the page where is placed this form?

  Hi Sandra!

  Thanks for getting back to me! I've answered your questions below:

  "Did you receive this problem inside the Brizy editor when trying to edit the form?" - Yes as mentioned

  "What were your previous actions on the site before happens this problem?" - I added a new field to the form (duplicated an existing one, then renamed the new one)

  "Could you please update the page (clicking on the "Update" button inside Brizy editor), refresh the tab and then try again to edit the form?  Could you also clean the browser cache? " - I tried this at the time and also tried several browsers. Same issue

  "Could you please send us the URL link of the site"  Below, on the home page

  Solution:I ended up duplicating the form . The duplicated copy worked fine. The original still did not work.

  I deleted the original and now have the duplicate in place.
