Pro Personal on Multisite

Hi. I got Pro Personal and I have 1 main domain and 2 subdomains, so 3 sites. When I try to register the plugin with the license number, it says I can't use Multisite with this plan.

Is there any other option for my case? The website is not very clear about Multisite usage.

  Hi,

  I'm sorry but the Personal License can't be used for the Multisite network. As the multisite network is a bit different and complex, you need to have the WaaS license to activate the Brizy Pro plugin here. If you don't have a full and complete multisite network, we can recommend creating 3 different WordPress environment and create sites with an activated Brizy Pro plugin.

  I am not sure I understand. As I am also interested in this formula, I could understand that it was possible to create 3 different sites with brizy? I am not sure to understand what means Multisite network?

  Hi Sandra - thanks for the info.

  It's a full and complete multisite already. I wouldn't use Brizy for the main site and the other two subdomains will be used to build 2 pages, so paying $500 (that's $399 in Canadian dollars) to have a Pro account because of 2 pages is not reasonable, nor feasible. I suppose I can't have Brizy Pro, then. Bummer.

  How do I go about getting a refund for the amount I have paid for Pro Personal? Can you start the process on your side, please?

  Hi Alain,

  The multisite network is a special WordPress network where are you can manage and create a network of websites in a single dashboard. See here for more details about this.

  In Brizy, the multisite network is strongly related to the WaaS service. See here an article about how we define the WaaS.

  Hi Alex,

  You can run Brizy Pro on your multisite network with Brizy WaaS license only, other licenses (Personal, Studio or Lifetime) run on the multisite network; but only a WaaS license can be used to create a Do it Yourself (DIY) website service. Therefore, you can use the pro features but you can't activate the License key, get notification about new updates and as was related before to create a DIY website service.
