    Hi,

    Thank you for all these details.

    Could you please check if you followed all these steps to create the Brizy template for all products?

    To create a template for Single Product page you have to:
    1 - Make sure you created the Products in the WooCommerce;
    2 - Go to Brizy - Templates -> Create new or select from Brizy -> Templates the template you already prepare for the Single Products;
    3 - Give it a suggestive name (if you recently created a new template) and add this Display Condition:
    3.1. Template type: Product;
    3.2. Display condition: Include - Products - All
    Don't forget to click on "Add" to add the display condition and after this to publish or update the template. See here https://jmp.sh/FeciVKq.
    4 - Inside the template, you have not selected the Products or Archive element (the Archive element are available only in the template types Archive). You have to select the WooCommerce elements you want to add and see on the Single Product Page, such as WooCommerce Title, Content, Price, Add to cart, Reviews and other elements you need to display https://jmp.sh/qYtmnxm. Don't forget to update the template to save all the modification you make on the page.

    After this, when you will configure the Single Product page template and when you will click on Preview or will click on "View" from a Product, you will see the template you created but with the individual details from each Product. See here https://jmp.sh/3e1baQC.

    About Feature Image - if you want to display the Product Gallery too, I suggest adding in the Brizy template the "WooCommerce Gallery" element and not the Image element. In such a way will be displayed images you added as Product Image and from Product Gallery, you set in the Single Product from WooCommerce. See here.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Thanks Sandra. I will try the above for the template.

    But I am still seeing a Woocommerce product template for these products. How do I stop that?

    Regarding the feature image, as you see below, I have inserted images under 'product gallery', but it is not displaying under my featured image.

    Hi,

    If you still see the Brizy template for this single product, make sure that other products aren't edited with Brizy. All products have to be edited with the WooCommerce editor. Or try to check all templates from Brizy -> Templates, if you don't have created a template for this certain product.

    Featured Image - if you want to display the featured image and the product gallery, you have to use the Gallery element. You can find it here.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra, I'm still not able to apply my Brizy Product Template for my products.

    I have tried all your steps, I have re downloaded my the plug-in and tried everything from scratch.

    Could I give you access and you could try on my behalf. I have a sample product and a single product template already created.

    Hi,

    I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Xavier

    Can you try this and see if it helps?

    Change your theme from Brizy Starter to Blocksy or another theme from this list. https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners

    I changed to Blocksy and have the same problem nevertheless. Product template will not apply to Brizy template. All it outputs is the menu. It is supposed to output the entire header and the product info.
