Optin form swapping Kit sequence subscription

I have a HUGE problem that has been going on for two weeks already, despite clearing the cache multiple times, manually changing the optins, resaving, updating the plugins and so on.

I have done literally EVERYTHING.

This page: https://www.alessiapandolfi.com/workshop-delegare-allai-org/ needs to be connected to Kit's sequence "ORG 2026 Workshop delega AI", and so far so good.

This page: https://www.alessiapandolfi.com/workshop-delegare-allai/ needs to be connected to Kit's sequence "ADS 2026 Workshop delega AI" and it is not, despite changing it multipla times, clearing the cache, updating the plugins and so on.

It have messed up my conversion stats long enough, it must be solved. This is honestly such a nasty malfunctioning: i thought I was going crazy and mixing up the pages but after almost 2 weeks I understood that it is Brizy's problem and I need it to be sorted asap.

  Hello Alessia,

  Please try this and see if it helps to resolve the issue

  • Duplicate both opt in forms at https://www.alessiapandolfi.com/workshop-delegare-allai/
  • Reconfigure the form with Kit in the duplicated forms
  • Delete original forms 

  To duplicate a form, kindly click on top right corner and select the "Duplicate" icon

  Thank you, after 24 hours it has not swapped back, so I assume it is fixed, since it would swap back after barely 30 minutes.

  In any case, this is a problem that is not supposed to happen. This issue messed up my conversion stats and it's honestly just another problem to pile up all the issues I have had with Brizy.

  Hello Alessia,

  If you adhere to the following recommended practice, you can prevent the above issue. Suppose you wish to save the design of a block or page that contains a form and import it to another page. After importing the design to the new page, you must first duplicate the form and delete the original. After that, you can integrate the form with an email marketing app and set up email notifications.
