javascript issues - items and sections missing on site after republish

Hi,

I have items missing all over my site and transitions no longer run on italaveloso.com after I updated and published.

Multiple preview.*.js and preview.pro.*.js files returning 404 on the published site

Republished, cache purged, still broken

Editor shows the page correctly but published version is broken

Saving Layout seems to work but when I go to saved layouts to see it, it's just a black rectangle. Nothing saved.

Please help.
