Multiple Issues Since Recent Update
Our site uses multiple Brizy forms, but none are functioning correctly. After submitting a form, a white screen with a zero in the top-left corner appears. Also, forms with select boxes are unresponsive. I tried recreating each form, hoping to fix the problem, but it didn't help.
Our navigation menu isn't displaying properly on desktop or mobile. The dropdown menu overlaps the navigation bar, making it hard to read or select options.
Interestingly, when I viewed the site in WordPress's View mode, the navigation menu appeared correctly with dropdown options below the menu bar. I also successfully filled out and sent the forms in View mode. But after logging out of WordPress and visiting the site normally, the issues with the forms and navigation menu remained.
Could you please investigate and help fix these issues?

The issue is likely caused by a plugin conflict or by custom code embedded into the pages or theme. Since the forms and navigation work correctly while logged into WordPress or when viewing the site in View mode usually points to a front-end conflict.
To help isolate the issue, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Temporarily disable all plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro
- Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four
- If you have any custom CSS, JavaScript, tracking scripts, or other embedded code added to the pages temporarily remove or disable themAfter each step, please check if:
- The forms submit correctly without showing the white screen with 0
- The select boxes become responsive again
