update 2.8.12 / 2.8.6 (pro)
Hi,
A question following the most recent update 2.8.12 and 2.8.6 Pro: have many issues been reported? On two of my websites, the structure got completely messed up. Four others had no problems (those were all one-page websites, by the way). The two websites that did have issues are multi-page sites. I restored the websites using backups, but I don’t feel confident upgrading again to 2.8.12 and 2.8.6.
Best regards Rob

Hi Rob,
Thank you for reaching out.
Some CSS files are not being generated in the latest update, which is causing the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. For now, you may continue using your current working version until a permanent fix is rolled out.
Alternatively, you can proceed with the update and manually upload the missing CSS files by following the steps outlined in this support thread:

Hello Ariel, thank you for your quick response. Restoring the backups has fixed everything, so I’ll just wait for the new updates and then try again.Best Regards Rob

Hi Ariel, the updates 2.8.13 and 2.8.7 didn’t resolve the issue. Of course, I had hoped they would. In the end, I had to restore the websites from a backup and revert to an older version of Brizy.

My apologies for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience.

Hello Ariel,
With the next update, I’ll just try again. It’s a small effort for me to test it and, if needed, restore the websites from a backup.
Best regards,
