    Hi Lenie,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I’ve tested this on my end and the video autoplay is working correctly in Safari on desktop. I’ve recorded a quick screencast to demonstrate this here: https://youtu.be/5ftyjfT_zVM

    Could you please try accessing the site from another Mac and see if this makes any difference? This will help us determine if the issue is device-specific.

    I tried on 2 different laptops and both showed no video. Also no option to click play.

    Hi Lenie,

    I asked a colleague to check on their end as well, and it doesn’t work there either.

    Could you please share temporary WP Admin access so we can take a closer look at the issue? You can add us as an Admin user in your WordPress dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

    The issue could be caused by optimizations from the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. I’ve temporarily disabled it, please try again and let us know how it goes.

    Once we hear back from you, we’ll provide further recommendations if needed.

    Hi Ariel,

    Thank you for your response. The movie still does not play on Safari MacBook. What I do notice is that when you go to another page via home and then return to home via 'back', the movie does play. If you return to home from another page via the menu, then it does not work.

    What can we do to make it work?

    Thank you for the additional details. We can definitely continue testing this further on our end to better understand the behavior on Safari browsers.

    In the meantime, would you be open to using a small custom code workaround while we investigate this further? This can help ensure the video plays more consistently while we investigate the issue.

    Please let me know if you’re okay with proceeding with the custom code workaround for now.

    Hi Lenie,

    Before we proceed with using custom code as a temporary workaround, I’ve made a few adjustments to the video. I noticed that the original file uploaded to Vimeo had an audio track, so I downloaded it, removed the audio, and re-rendered the video.

    Could you please check on your end and let me know if it’s now working properly?
