pop-up don't work

Hi there,

The pop-ups of a site suddenly don't show.
I tried deactivating all other plugins, this does not work.

The pop-up is added within the page, but I have also tried to make it externally and then adding it to the page. Both don't work.

Can you help?

  Can we look at your WordPress dashboard to help you resolve this issue? Please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io
