Brizy pro editor won't load
Hi Brizy Team,
I’m experiencing an issue where Brizy Pro editor won’t load after updating to the latest version. My site is still live, but I can’t edit any pages.
My info:
- WordPress Version: 6.9.1
- PHP Version: 8.3.30
- Brizy Pro Version: 2.7.17
- Issue Started: After updating Brizy Pro (or after a recent site update)
- Works Fine: When I restore a backup from last week (February 25th)
Debug Log Manager shows this error:
invalid_scheduleforbrizy-cloud-synchronize— cron event doesn’t exist
The security scan shows Brizy Pro as vulnerable (XSS), but I’m on a patched version — likely a false positive
The cron error might be related, but I’m not sure if it’s the root cause.
Can you help me figure out why the editor isn’t loading? I’m happy to provide more logs or access if needed. But it's quite bad as it's a critical time for us and we need the edit things on the website.
Thanks!

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
We’ve seen this happen on sites running Wordfence or similar security plugins. In many cases, temporarily disabling the firewall or switching it to Learning Mode resolves the issue. You can check this guide for reference:
https://help.elegantthemes.com/en/articles/2395855-how-to-fix-saving-issues-while-wordfence-plugin-is-enabledIf that’s not the case, please try isolating the issue by disabling all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro. It’s also a good idea to temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to see if the theme might be causing a conflict.
If this didn’t help, please share your WordPress admin login details with us so we can take a closer look. Please add us as an Admin user in your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

Yes, it was an issue with either PayPal or the Donorbox plugin. After deleting it, it got resolved.
Thank you for your help.
Kind regards,
