Issue with form submit button

I am attempting to add a contact form to the bottom of a blog post. I saved a working for blog from a previous blog post, however the wheel keeps spinning when attempting to set up the submit button. I read the previous responses from others having similar issues about copying the block or using a new block, but this issue occurs no matter what I do when attempting to establish this form on the new page. Forms on all other pages function as they should, and this window pops up without issue.

  Please try using a different browser and see if this makes any difference.

  Also, could you confirm whether the issue can be replicated with all other plugins disabled, except for Brizy and Brizy Pro? Additionally, please try switching to a different theme and let us know if that changes anything.
