403 upon Brizy pro activation

Hello, I have a problem activating a brizy pro licence on basstradersweden.com and I need help. It just says 403 when I try to activate.

  It’s possible that your server is being blocked on our side when attempting to activate the license. To help us quickly address this, we can activate it on our end. Could you please provide temporary administrator access to your WordPress dashboard along with your license key?
