    Thank you for contacting us.

    Could you please check Dashboard → Brizy → Leads and confirm whether the submissions are being recorded there? If the leads appear there, it means the Brizy form is working correctly.

    If this is the case, the issue is often related to email delivery, which usually depends on the server’s mail configuration (site-sent emails are often blocked or filtered). 

    We’ll be glad to check and confirm this for you if you can provide temporary access to your WP Admin page. You can add us as an Admin user in your WordPress dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

    I tried accessing the account, but unfortunately the credentials don’t seem to be working on our end.

    Hi Tomas,

    When we previously tried to access your site, the username and password provided didn’t work on our end. We’d appreciate it if you could add us as an administrator in your WordPress dashboard so we can take a closer look. You can create an Admin user in WordPress and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io, along with the following information:

    I'm having the same issue. The form submits and the record shows up in the leads section, but the email notifying that there was a form submission does not get delivered. I assumed it's a deliverability issue (it's supposed to go to a gmail address), but have no idea how to resolve it.
