Website page not displaying the items properly - Urgent!
Hello
I'm experiencing some problems with Brizy builder that I notice only when browsing my website in a private window, even though everything seems up and running from the backend.
See video screenshot: the website sometimes stays totally blank, other times when scrolling appears flashing with elements clearly not displayed: the video, the pictures ecc...

I tried to upload the video and picture, but nothing happens.
Both the Brizy and Brizy Pro plugins have been updated,

and I recently (without issues) upgraded the PHP version to 8.4. Would that be a possible problem?
Last month, I had problems with the menu bar that kept disappearing; it seems to be solved.
At present, the website is not navigable.
Please get in touch
Thanks, Michela

Hi Michela,
Thank you for contacting us.
This behavior usually points to a plugin conflict, especially since everything appears fine in the backend but breaks or flashes on the frontend.
Could you please check if the issue can be replicated by temporarily disabling all other plugins and keeping only Brizy and Brizy Pro active? This will help confirm whether another plugin is interfering with page rendering.
After this, you can re-enable the plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict. PHP 8.4 should generally be fine, but isolating plugins is the best first step in this case.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hello Ariel,
I did it already. I tested one plugin, "Forminator," for quizzes and forms, but I disabled and removed it first.
The rest were already present from the beginning. Did you make a release? Can I roll back to a previous version?

Hello,
I received two messages. In the second, you wrote that WP Fastest Cache has been deactivated and is not reachable. Besides, both plugins you deactivated, WP Fastest Cache and DB Cleaner, had been up and running for some time: I have the same plugins, together with the Brizy plugin, active on other websites.
It's been more unusual lately with Brizy's behaviour, where elements won't refresh or are displayed improperly.

Hi Michela,
Thank you for the update.
Upon checking, we noticed that the issue mainly affects the Italian version of the site. The English version (/en) loads the header correctly, while the Italian pages do not. We also observed different behavior across browsers. In Firefox, the menu is visible both in the Brizy editor and on the front end—this is demonstrated in the following screencast:
https://youtu.be/soeduBYkiBgIn Chrome and Edge, however, the behavior is inconsistent, which leads us to believe the issue may also be related to server-side caching.
For the pages that fail to load, we recommend fully disabling all optimization and server-side caching (not just WP Fastest Cache), including host-level cache, CDN (if any), and any CSS/JS optimizations. After doing so, please clear all caches and recheck the site in Chrome, Firefox or Edge.
Finally, to fix the Italian pages, you’ll need to manually add the Italian menu. Please switch to the Italian language, open one of the affected pages in the Brizy editor, go to Add Block → Saved Blocks / Templates, insert the Italian header template, then save and update. This should make the header appear correctly on the Italian front end.
Kind regards,
Ariel H.-1
