    Hi Brian,

    My apologies for the inconvenience.

To help us investigate this properly, could you please share the website URL or specify which of your projects are affected by this issue?

    Looking forward to your update.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello, Ariel.

I don't wish to disclose this in this space.

I will open a support ticket and will probably get no real answer.

    Thank you.

    Hello Brian,

    Thank you for the update.

I completely understand your concern about privacy. I’ve handled several similar cases recently and was able to fix them.

You can safely share the affected projects directly in this thread, those won’t be visible to anyone unless we explicitly approve them.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello, Ariel and Valerio.

Thank you both for your assistance.

Valerio, I think you solved my issue, and I am grateful you shared this link. I had published regular emojis and had no issue for an entire year. I checked two Brizy Cloud websites a few days ago, and most of the emojis turned to question marks and other characters. I wound up reusing the same emojis on the back end, and they're now showing correctly again. But for how long? The next update? I will very soon instead take the time to use different icons as you suggested.

It is odd to me that this inclusion would be fine for a whole year but break somewhat recently (I'm guessing in the past month). Perhaps this clue can help the Brizy team.

Thank you and enjoy a super day! 🌞
