Dynamic post content not showing

Dear support team,

I have created a News page on a website with dynamic post content, and created a single post template for the posts that are added to the page. The dynamic content, including title, date and excerpt fuctions well on the single post pages, but overnight the post content has dissapeared. It worked well for many weeks, but this morning when checking the website all else is visible but the post content text has dissapeared for all four posts that are available. 

What might be the reason and solutions?

  Hi Nina,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Please try making a small change to the affected blocks in your dynamic template, for example, reduce block width to 90%, then click Update to save the changes. After that, preview the front end and check if this fixes the issue. If it does, go back to the editor, revert the block width to 100%, and click Update again. This process forces the block to recompile, which can often resolve such issues.

  If this didn't help, please provide temporary access to your WP Admin so we can take a closer look at your site? Kindly add us as an Admin user in your WordPress Dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

  Dear Ariel,

  Thanks so much for the quick reply.

   

  I did as suggested, but unfortunately changing block width or other edits on the template did not bring back the texts.

   

  I have sent the admin rights to the email you provided.

   

  Please let me know what the issue seems to be and whether I can do anything to solve the problem.

  Hi Nina,

  Thank you for the update.

  We haven’t received the credentials yet. Could you please double-check that they were sent and that all the steps outlined in our previous email were followed correctly?

  Hi Nina,

  Thank you for the update.

  The post content is not showing because the posts were edited directly with Brizy. When a post is edited this way, it no longer uses the dynamic template, so the dynamic elements (such as post content, title, or featured image) from the template won’t work for that post.

  I’ve recreated the post Meeting with the Mayor of Fastiv, Mr. Mikhailo Netiazhuk using the default WordPress editor so you can see the difference.
