URGENT:: Brizy Update today both free & pro versions - sites are broken
Hi,
I received the WordPress notification on all my websites today about the latest update and all my websites are broken. Was there a problem with the latest update?
Here's one of my websites: www.vsn.com.au
These plugins are now up to date:
- Brizy (from version 2.7.19 to 2.7.20) : https://wordpress.org/plugins/
- Brizy Pro (from version 2.7.11 to 2.7.12) : https://www.brizy.io/changelog
Looking forward to hearing from you soon and having this issue resolved.
Regards,
Ann S.

Hi Ann,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please try making a small change to the affected blocks, for example, reduce block width to 90%, then click Update to save the changes. After that, preview the front end and check if this fixes the issue.
If it does, go back to the editor, revert the block width to 100%, and click Update again. This process forces the block to recompile, which can often resolve such issues.
If this didn't help, please provide temporary access to your WP Admin so we can take a closer look at your site? Kindly add us as an Admin user in your WordPress Dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

Hi Ariel,
Thanks for your response.
This issue appears to be related to the latest Brizy Pro update, and it has happened before. I was able to restore the template layout by making a quick edit on all affected pages. Fortunately, I only manage a small number of client websites—if I had hundreds, this would have been extremely frustrating.
Please relay this to the Brizy Pro developers: updates must be thoroughly tested before being rolled out, as issues like this can significantly impact live client sites.
Regards,
Ann S.

Hi Ann,
We understand your frustration, especially when managing hundreds of sites, updating pages one by one is not ideal. The issue has been escalated to our developers, so it can be addressed in a future update.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hello, you can fix the problem in the newest version by saving the layout (without any changes)
I have been using Brizy for the past 4 years and updates have always been an issue with my clients' sites, so much that we're just migrating to other builders please, as other have mentioned fix your QA/upgrade pipeline.0 -
Hi Francisco,

Brizy updates broke my sites again. Either the Free or Pro plugin failed to update (no reasons given, or even if they tried to update) causing sites to break. This has been happening on average every other update. I have had to start turning off auto-update on Brizy's plugins just to keep my sites up and running.
I suggest rolling the code from "Free" into Pro so we only have to up date 1 plugin instead of two. Then we either have Free or Pro and not have to deal with the 'need' for both.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We understand how frustrating it is when updates affect live sites. We’ve taken note of your experience and your suggestion. Disabling auto-updates for now is a reasonable workaround.
Best regards,
