    Hi R L,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please confirm if you can replicate the issue with all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro disabled? Also, try using another theme and see if this makes any difference?

If the issue continues, this is something we need to inspect from your WP Admin page. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

    Hello Ariel,

thank you very much for your help. You were right, disabling Real Cookie Banner made Brizy work again.

Do you have any idea what we could do to have Real Cookie Banner and Brizy work together with the current versions?

    Best Regards

    Hi RL,

I’m glad to hear that disabling Real Cookie Banner made Brizy work again.

The best next step is to reach out to the Real Cookie Banner support team and report the conflict, as they may need to adjust how their scripts are handled on Brizy-built pages.  In the meantime, you can disable the plugin while working on your Brizy pages, then enable it again once you’re done updating or publishing your site.

If you need help testing anything further, just let me know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
