    Hi Terra,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    The issue is caused by a version mismatch. It appears that your website is still using an older version of Brizy while the latest version of Brizy Pro is installed. To prevent the critical error you encountered, please disable all third-party plugins before updating both Brizy and Brizy Pro.

    Since an older version of Brizy is currently installed, it’s best to delete it and perform a fresh installation of the latest version. This process is demonstrated in the following screencast: https://youtu.be/efLOxh1z508
