Something Crashed Over the Weekend on Steveg.photos
in the process of creating a new website (from an existing prior test site) in Wordpress. I am a lifetime brizy license holder.
current problem - menu in the header was working fine last week and discovered today that the formatting and functionality has stopped displaying and working properly. IN ADDITION, the view within Wordpress of the menu continues to appear fine and only the display in a live website in a browser is a problem.
IN ADDITION, the brizy pro plugin had "failed". it was no longer active. I had to reactivate the brizy pro plugin but the live website is failing to be repaired.
did something happen regarding the brizy pro plugin over the weekend. how should I fix this problem? should I reinstall the brizy pro plugin?

Hi Steve,
Thank you for reaching out.
It looks like the issue may be related to the Brizy and Brizy Pro plugin installations. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling both plugins. Please make sure you’re running the latest versions:

If the problem persists after reinstalling, feel free to send over your WordPress admin credentials so we can take a closer look. Kindly add us as an Administrator user and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for your cooperation.
I checked your site on my end, and everything appears to be working normally. Brizy Pro is active, the editor works as expected, and the menu formatting is consistent in both the front-end and back-end. It seems we may have misunderstood the exact issue you’re encountering.
Could you please create a short screencast showing the problem on the live site? This will help us see exactly what’s happening and allow us to guide you more accurately.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
