    Thank you for contacting us.

    Could you please try disabling all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro, then test again to see if you can still reproduce the issue? If the problem disappears, it’s likely caused by a conflict with a third-party plugin. Also, please try using another browser to see if the issue persists.

    Bonjour Ariel,

    J'ai désactivé les plugins et j'ai essayé sur google chrome et brave.

    J'ai encore des problèmes, même si par moment, certaines fonctions se réactivent et se désactivent, je ne sais pas pourquoi.

    Mais les problèmes sont encore là.

    J'utilise le thème astra, mais je ne pense pas que le problème soit cela, surtout que les premiers jours, je n'ai eu aucun problème, cela a commencé aujourd'hui.

     

    Avez vous une idée du problème ?

    J'ai fais une capture d'écran en vidéo, mais je ne peux pas l'intégrer à mon message, dommage !

    We’ve noticed that the issue is being caused by a 500 Internal Server Error, which is a server-side problem.

    We recommend contacting your hosting provider so they can check the server logs to determine the exact cause of the error. One common reason for this type of issue is ModSecurity, so you may ask your hosting provider if they could temporarily disable it and see if the issue persists.

    If disabling ModSecurity does not resolve the problem, the server logs should provide the necessary information, and your hosting provider should be able to identify the cause and offer a solution.
