    Hello Robert,

These two projects in your account were developed using the legacy project format while all other projects were developed using the current project format.

We had launched a migration tool in mid June, 2025 to help you migrate your deprecated projects to the current project format. Your dashboard carried a notification reqeusting you to migrate deprecated projects by August 1st.

A newsleter was also sent to Brizy users on June 19th requesting them to migrate their deprecated projects. We later extended the deadline for migrating deprecated projects to October 15th. After the deadline, the migration tool was withdrawn.

Possibly, the auto migration process could not be completed for the above two projects and hence the projects now show an error. Since the migration tool is now withdrawn, the only option is to migrate the project manually. Here are the steps.

    1. Save the homepage as a design layout in the deprecated project by selecting the "Save Layout" opiton towards the bottom right corner.
    2. In a new browser tab, open the Brizy Cloud dashboard and add a new project and and import the page layout saved in step 1, by selecting the appropriate design from the "Saved Blocks and Layout Library"

    3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for all pages. While transferring content, please also transfer meta data like SEO title and description, social sharing images etc.
    4. Copy paste the global styles and typography from the deprecated to the new project
    5. Recreate menu, setup global blocks and display conditions ( if you were you using global blocks)
    6. Re-setup the email notifications for Brizy forms in the new project
    7. Once all content is succesffuly migrated, add the custom domain to the new project following the procedure at  https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Add-A-Custom-Domain

I did click the migration, but i didn't followup to see how it went (busy doing other things). It seems like the migration website has an error. can you see if you can fix that? or should I delete it from the dashboard and start a new one?

    Hello Robert,

You must delete both migrated projects and follow the manual process described above to recreate the project in the current project format
