I find that this is ridiculous that you are asking for that information to help solve the issue when you obviously know that it’s a known issue by the amount of people that have already posted about it.

Once again, Brizy is operating with awful business tactic.

I’ll send the email with the information because I need my site back up and working, plus I would like to be able to update my other sites, but if anything goes wrong from you accessing anything, prepare to be put on blast throughout the internet.

UPDATE: The BRIZY PRO UPDATE FIXED THE ISSUE, so you obviously already knew what it was.

    Hi Eli,

Thank you for your feedback, and I understand your frustration. I’m glad to hear that updating Brizy Pro has resolved the issue on your end.

Regarding your concern about login details, we only ask for temporary access when necessary to quickly identify and resolve issues that cannot be reproduced on our side. This helps us escalate cases more efficiently if we don’t find an immediate solution. We always handle this information with the utmost care and confidentiality.

I appreciate your patience and understanding, and I’m glad that your site is now back up and running.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
