Urgent: Unable to Edit or Upload on Website (Brizy Issue)
Hi Brizy Support,
I’m experiencing multiple issues with the Brizy editor on our website and need your help urgently. Currently, I’m unable to do any of the following:
Upload a document or file
Add a new service under the Services page
Copy a section from a page to reuse its structure
Add a photo anywhere on the site
Please look into this and advise what could be causing it.

Could you please try using another browser and see if that makes any difference? If the issue persists, kindly disable all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to check if one of them might be causing a conflict.
If it still doesn’t resolve the problem, please provide us with temporary access to your WordPress Admin so we can investigate further. Kindly add us as an Administrator user and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

I am writing again regarding the issue I submitted yesterday concerning my WordPress website, mentoronline.pk, while using Brizy Pro page builder. The error I am encountering is:
"This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."
I have been facing this problem for the past few days, and it has become extremely frustrating, especially since it prevents me from creating landing pages.
I would like to remind you that I have been a loyal customer since November 6, 2020 — almost 5 years. Despite submitting my ticket yesterday, I have yet to receive a resolution or meaningful response. I find this delay in support unacceptable.
I kindly request that this issue be prioritized and resolved immediately. I expect a clear action plan or a solution without further delay, as this is significantly affecting my work.

Thank you for following up, and we apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. We actually requested your website’s login details about 15 hours ago but haven’t received them yet. To proceed with the investigation and help you fix the issue, please follow the steps outlined in our previous email to send your site credentials.
Once we receive the details, we’ll be able to check the problem directly and possibly offer a solution.

This issue rarely occurs on Brizy Cloud, but it can sometimes be related to browser cache or temporary session data. Could you please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if that makes any difference?
