I can't publish changes

Hello,
I’ve been trying to publish changes on my website (built with Brizy) for the past two hours, but without success. I’ve cleared my browser cache, even deleted the entire page and recreated it from scratch, but nothing helps. Each time I get a message as if my site were being edited in some kind of parallel universe — I honestly have no idea what’s going on.

Please help — this is an important page, and now, because of my changes, it’s showing up as completely blank without any layout.

  Hi Anna,

  Please provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin page so we can take a look. Kindly add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.
