BRIZY CLOUD - HTML DOWNLOAD - MANY FILES MISSING FROM GENERATED .ZIP FOLDER
Hi Support,
Recently the Html Download .zip folder has been missing many of its files - the .zip folder generated by Brizy used to be (and should be) 23MB but for the last couple of days has been only 6MB with many files missing.
I have repeated the Html Download several times in DuckDuckGo and also tried Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, with the same result each time.
The root of my webhost does have the necessary .bash_profile and .htaccess files.
Everything has been working fine in recent months, no major changes made to the website from when it was last working OK, the html download only started dropping files from the 26-09-25.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.

This is due to a known bug with the Export HTML feature. We are still working on fixing this bug. If you need to update the live website before we release a fix, kindly consider publishing your website using the Server Sync publishing option following the procedure outlined at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync

OK, thanks for the info, at least I know what the position is.
Any idea on how long the fix is likely to take?

We do not have an ETA for this fix. A wild guess would be within 2-4 weeks.

OK, thanks, but I can't help feeling that the super Html Export/Download feature - that has experienced several issues in recent months - is being quietly phased out. It certainly seems to now have been given a low priority.

At the moment, we do not have a plan to phase out the Export HTML publishing option.
