Brizy and or Brizy Pro Not Loading

For some reason brizzy stopped working and I don't know I tried everything that turning off different plugins turning off pro just running regular still won't load up so please help me ASAP I have a client in Denmark that's having trouble with this they cannot edit their page and I'm in the USA thank you very much in advance
