    Hi Xander,

It seems the YouTube link you shared isn’t working on our end. Could you please resend the correct link so we can better understand the issue?

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Xander,

    Thank you for the update.

We’ve tried replicating the issue from our end but haven’t been able to reproduce it.
    Please try this link: https://staging.brizywp.online/demo01/test

Could you please check if you’re using any cache or optimization plugins on your site? If so, try disabling them temporarily and see if the issue persists.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello Ariel,

Thank you, the FlipBox you've made works fine on my mobile phone.

NitroPack is the optimization plugin I'm working with, I've disabled it and tried my own URL... sadly is doesn't make any difference.

Maybe on your end there could be any difference? You could disable NitroPack bij adding "/?nonitro" at the end of an url. So this is the caching disabled page: https://jutekoffiezakken.nl/flipbox/?nonitro

There is also positive news: I've tried the page on an Android device: Samsung Galaxy A50, Android version 11 > my page works great! So there is a difference between Android / iOS...

What could cause this strange error on my iPhone?

    Thank you, Xander

    Hi Xander,

Thank you for sharing the details. I tried the link on iOS, but unfortunately, it made no difference on my end either. It’s possible that the images you used in your flipbox are not optimized. Could you please try creating a simple flipbox similar to the example I shared earlier, but this time keep the image file size small and see if it works?

If the smaller images display correctly, it’s likely that the issue is related to the image size, and optimizing the ones you’ve used in your flipbox should help.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello Ariel,

Thank you, I've already used optimized images: front image 17 Kb, back image 15 Kb. I think this is sufficiently optimized? 🙂

Is there anything else I could try to solve this matter?

    Hi Xander,

Rebuilding the block seems to have fixed the issue. Could you please also review the second block I created and let me know if everything looks good on your end?

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello Ariel,

Great, you've solved the issue! The second block is working. Thank you 🙏🏼

I would lik to learn how you've fixed this, what's your magic? Only rebuilding the block?

    Thank you, Xander

    Hi Xander,

I’m glad to hear the second block is now working.

This was actually the first time I’ve come across this issue, and after spending over an hour testing and tweaking, the solution was to rebuild the block from scratch. It’s important not to copy elements from the block that wasn’t working, starting from scratch forces Brizy to recompile everything.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
