API BREVO
Hi. I try connecting my Brevo API for newsletter subscription. When I paste the Brevo API I do see my connected email address, but I won't see a list I can select. Can you help me connect the API to Brevo? Thank you and best regards, Phil

Hello Phil,
You can make Brevo API calls only from authorized IP addresses added in your account. Depending on the number of times you have attempted to integrate your Brizy form with Brevo, you will see a list of blocked IPs in your Brevo account. Kindly authorize all the blocked IPs in your Brevo account to make the integration work, following the procedure at https://jmp.sh/f2bVOjTj

Hi. Thank you for your fast reply and the documentation. I have done all of that. The issue rmeains still the same. I have created a new API, I did authorize it. The circle is just spinning and won't go to the next step. In a previous try it did recognize my account, but after clicking next it doesn't show the "lists" of Brevo. It's empty, so I can not do anything with it.Please checks screenshots below

Please sign into your Brevo account, select "Security" option in your profile, select the "Authorized IPs" tab and click on "Unknown IP addresses to review" and share a screenshot with us. It should look similar to the screenshot below.

Please also authorize the two AMAZON-AES IPs and check if the issue persists.

If this does not help, please also deactivate blocking temporarily and check if it helps.

I am one step further now after deactivating blocking. I did do that some days before already. I have not really all lists I want, but I will check how I get these lists. I might get back to you again. But for now I am already happy. Thank you very much for your help and sticking with me! I really do appreciate it.

Sorry to bother you again. As mentioned I am one step further. I connected Brevo and it does find the lists. After trying all different things, it still does not sync the email address to my Brevo list.

Hello Phil,
Since Brizy form is intended to add contacts to a Brevo contact "List", the form fields must be designed to match the Brevo fields. If these two do not match, you may need to either redesign your form or add appropriate data fields to your Brevo List. Please confirm if your form fields match with the Brevo fields.
