How do we get support from Brizy?
How can paying customers now report a bug on their website and get support? Seems have to publicly post Brizys issues in a community rather than in the Request section as before.
Have asked for help on these issues:
1. Formatting for WooCommerce Price block showing a range of prices is incorrect (large space) --> A BUG but now one has provided a CSS work around. No response back from support.
2. The Product Block does not work on the tablet for 2 columns --> A BUG again no feedback on how to fix it.
3. The text in the product block is truncated at a certain length - what is the work around for this?
Can't find the Bugs which am reporting in the Requests section anymore and no one seems to be able to get back and actually solve the issues.
Could someone tell me how I can get actual support for these bugs at Brizy now or just let me know CSS work arounds while the issues are being sorted?

You asked for those details from a bug which I commented back, through the community apparently, that was fixed by updating the pro plug in.
Will send you an email to the above email address, but could I possibly point out that this new system of reporting bugs is very difficult for a developer to manage. We must now follow posts to let Brizy know there is a bug in their software to get it fixed? Could Brizy perhaps generate their own posts instead of the poor developer trying to fix an issue.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand your concern about the current process for reporting bugs through the community forum and how it can be challenging for developers to track.
Brizy development is managed in a private GitHub repository. Based on the support requests we receive, we add an issue in GitHub for our developers. Bug reporting workflow has two steps
- Clients report bugs to the Support Team
- Support in-turn creates an issues for each bug in GitHub
I appreciate you pointing out that in this case, the issue you reported was resolved after updating the Brizy Pro plugin.
