Unable to Access Brizy Editor (Blocksy Theme)

Hi Brizy Support Team,

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with the Brizy editor that has lasted for over three months. Whenever I try to edit a page, the editor fails to load entirely—I'm unable to enter editing mode at all.

Here are the details:

• Theme: Blocksy (latest version)

• Brizy: Licensed and up to date

• WordPress Version: 6.8.2

• Issue: The Brizy editor interface does not load—just a blank or frozen screen.

 I suspect this may be a compatibility or backend issue on Brizy’s side. Could you please investigate and advise?

  Please provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin page so we can take a look. Kindly add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.
