Brisy Pro version deactivates every day
I have a customer with a site https://nortewave.pt, and its brisy pro plugin deactivates daily, causing errors.
How shoud I proceed to correct this issue (I have already issued a new license, just in case).

This issue is often caused by a version mismatch between Brizy and Brizy Pro. Please make sure that you have Brizy 2.7.4 and Brizy Pro 2.7.2 installed, as these versions work together without compatibility issues.

Dear Ariel,
I have ensured that the version are as required and auto updates is enabled for this WordPress installation.
Unfortunately, this morning the site had again the PRO Plugin deactivated.

Thank you for sharing your site credentials. We were able to log in, but it appears that the user account provided does not have administrative access.

Could you please update the account to have administrator privileges so we can access the plugins.
