Project Not Configured Error Message

Hello, my Brizy Main Site is no longer displaying. It says Project not configured. I refreshed my domain name and cleared my cache, but I am still experiencing this issue. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

  Hello Lanisha,

  To point your domain name to your Brizy Cloud project, you must add the required A Record and the CNAME Record following the procedure at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Add-A-Custom-Domain.

  After signing into your Namecheap account, select your domain name and under the "Advanced DNS" tab, 

  

  add the following records under the heading "Host Records"

  

   

  Kindly get back to us after adding the required DNS records. We will then install the SSL certificate for your domain.
