    Hi Vishal,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please try adding 1px padding or margin to your header block, save the page, and then preview it on the front-end? This small change can help trigger a recompilation of the page, which might resolve the issue with the hash links on desktop.

Also, kindly make sure you're using the latest versions of the builder:

    Brizy Free: 2.7.4
    Brizy Pro: 2.7.2

If the issue still continues after trying the step above, feel free to share your login details with us so we can inspect the issue directly on your site. Kindly add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

    Hi Ariel,

Tried your suggestion of adding 1px padding to the header block. It didn't do anything.

The plugins are also all updated to the latest versions 2.7.4 & 2.7.2

I have shared Wordpress Login Details at communitysupport@brizy.io

Please check and let me know what could be causing the issue.

    Thank you.

    Hi Vishal,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

I’ve changed the anchor links to use URLs instead of blocks for now.

I remember we recently escalated a similar issue, so I’ll check on the progress and get back to you as soon as I have more information.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, feel free to reply.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
