    In your previous support ticket with us at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/27520118634514, after saying "We are happy to refund your payment of $19.00 as you are within the 30 day money back" , we also asked "would you rather get a refund right away? Please confirm". We were waiting for your confirmation.

     

    We have now cancelled your Personal Cloud plan and have refunded $38 to your payment method. This transaction should reflect in your payment method within 7-10 business days.
