Subject: Request for Refund – Login & Support Issues
Dear Brizy Support,
I signed up for the $19.00 monthly plan today. After payment, your system sent a text verification code, then prompted me to create a new password. I attempted both your suggested passwords and several secure versions of my own multiple times, but the system continued to show an error.
Eventually, I checked via my mobile phone and discovered I was already logged in — but I have no idea which password was accepted. I then attempted to find an account settings menu to reset my password properly, but there was no visible option. I also tried reaching your company for support, but the process has been extremely difficult and frustrating.
At this point, I no longer feel confident using this platform and would like to request a full refund. My name is William, and I made the payment at approximately 4:30 AM Eastern Time (U.S.).

You can click the "Retrieve it" link at the login page, https://www.brizy.io/account/login to reset your password. Usually "Forgot Password" link is part of the Login page.
