Overcharged
I've been overcharged on my account. I upgraded so I could download but I'm still being charged for personal plan. It's been months and I can't get this resolved.

We have now cancelled your Personal Cloud plan and it is scheduled to expire on Aug 18, 2025.
You in fact asked us in February to cancel your plan at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/25006699135762 We were waiting for a confirmation from you. Since we did not hear from you, we could not do it in February. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
