I upgraded my account to have the export and uploading capabilities to my site. I am now being charged for two accounts. Also, I signed up during the black Friday special and the price is not being honored.

  Here is the history of your purchases.

  • You purchased the Personal Cloud monthly plan on May 18, 2023 and since then this plan has been active in your account
  • You purchased the Agency Cloud monthly plan on December 6, 2024 with 50% Black Friday discount for $34.50. The Black Friday discounts are applied only for the first monthly/annual subscription fee. The second month/year onwards the fee reverts to the original price. This plan is being renewed at $69.00. 

  Now that you have the Agency Cloud plan, do you want to cancel the Personal Cloud plan?
