Hi Soeren,
Thanks for getting back to us, and I’m really sorry for the disruption this has caused.
We’ve recently released Brizy 2.7.2 and Brizy Pro 2.7.1, which include fixes for issues like missing blocks, navigation, and footer elements not displaying on the live site. If you haven’t already, please update to these versions.
After updating, try making a small change to the affected pages—such as adding 1px padding to a section or global header/footer—and save. This can help trigger a recompile and often resolves the display issues.
Also, we noticed that the previous login details no longer work. When you have a moment, please create a new temporary user account and send us the updated login credentials so we can take a closer look.
Best regards,

Hello Soeren,
Brizy pages are not updating on your website. Only if pages can be updated, the above issues can be fixed.
Chrome DevTools shows a 404 error on admin-ajax.php file. This file is necessary for updating Brizy pages. Looks like you are signed into the WordPress Dashboard now and hence we could not take a screenshot of the error.

Hi Kc George,
Most issues were resolved using Ariel's instructions. However, there’s still a block visible on the subpage: https://systemisches-institut-hamburg.de/magazin/ — it’s a global block, but it doesn’t belong on that page. I can’t see it in edit mode, and in the block settings, that page isn’t selected either, yet it still appears on the live site. The block was originally placed on the homepage and the first three subpages.
Could you help fix this? I’ve sent the login details to you again via email.

How safe is it to update to the current versions of brizy and brizy pro?

Hi Soeren,
Thanks for reaching out.
So far, issues with updating Brizy and Brizy Pro have decreased with the latest releases. However, because WordPress setups can differ widely in plugins, themes, and server configurations, we can’t guarantee a smooth update in every case.
The best and safest approach is to create a staging version of your website and run the update there first. This allows you to test everything without affecting your live site.
Let us know if you need help with that.

Hey Ariel, Hey KC... I've there are block on subpages which not been there. I only see the blocks in the live environment not in the builder environment. I'm having a important event tomorrow and need my website to be available with all blocks on the right place. I haven't made the update since Brizy 2.7.3 and Brizy Pro 2.7.1. in fear of updating new issues. Now I'm reading that after the newest update again many issues appear. What should I do here? I have no time for a whole day of bug fixing due to simple updates.. Please help!
